Truth by Jenn

I have been following many businesses and personal accounts on social media and have seen an overwhelming number of them bend to the pressures of the online world. This forced act of compliance infuriates and saddens me. To all of you “kneeling” to the masses, I hope you see can start to see through this mass deception and understand what is truly happening within our hearts and communities.

I do not support the “Black Lives Matter movement.” I say this of sound mind and body, fully knowing the consequences of this statement. I do not expect everyone to get it. However, if you are willing to listen, I am willing share with you why I choose to make this statement.

I understand that there are issues going on within the black community that need to be addressed, and I do not need to be educated on these matters. I have listened, and have heard the black community crying out for help for years. But the issues that need to be addressed are not unique or isolated in the black community. This is a culture war not a race war.

Here are some hard TRUTHS no one is willing to talk about.

In 2017, abortions accounted for 863,320 murders every year in America. Guns and knife murders come to a grand total of 9,026.

Over 600,000 of those abortions the majority were black babies– BLACK LIVES. Where are the protests for those black lives? Do they not matter? What about half of those lives being women, don’t they have the right to choose? My body, my choice right!?

Black on black crime accounts for 97% of violent murders in the black community. What about those lives? Do they not matter? Where is the outrage and protest for them?

I could keep going with more facts and figures, but I don’t think I need to. The only facts and figures we should to be discussing is that all life is precious and ALL LIFE MATTERS. It doesn’t matter where you come from or what your life circumstance is: we all matter.

Placing any race or group of people above another for any reason is in itself bigotry. Whether that is racism, sexism, ageism, or any other -ism you can think of, all of which are wrong and hate filled. Twisting language to present a negative as positive; doesn’t make it positive. Appealing to emotion instead of rational thought; doesn’t make it fact. There is no righting a wrong with a wrong.

Two sayings you rarely hear being taught to kids these days:
Two wrongs do not make a right. Treat others as you would like to be treated.

The basic golden rule is being replaced with selfish and destructive teachings that build a foundation for hate and self-loathing. This new way of bringing up children has produced generations of polarized thinking individuals who think they are speaking and acting with love, but in reality they are speaking and acting with hate.

There will always be a small percentage of people who are truly racist. However, labeling everyone or everything racist diminishes the truly evil ones with the hate filled hearts. If we are all Hitler, then no one is Hitler.

If you really fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself,” you do well; 9 but if you show partiality, you commit sin, and are convicted by the law as transgressors.
James 2:8–9

I would like to address all the business owners out there that feel compelled to share their support for this movement. Do you really support this or are you complying to demands made upon you through fear?

The fear that you will be the next to be publicly piled on, shamed, harassed, and labeled a racist, if you do not comply and make a public statement denouncing racism.
The fear that you will lose your business if you do not comply to their list of demands.
The fear that your admins, sponsors, affiliates, and customers, might disown you and turn against you, if you don’t prove yourself to NOT be a racist.
This is not truth.

You cannot impose truth through violence or fear.
You cannot force someone to make a true statement with the cloud of fear hanging over them. This is not a genuine. This is the same reason we do not accept an admission of guilt brought forth through torture. There is no way to tell if someone is telling the truth while they are in a state of fear.

“Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.”
Romans 12:9

The truth about who you are and the way you run your business can be found in your daily acts. How do you treat your customers? How do you interact with them? How do you conduct business? These are the things your TRUE and LOYAL customers and affiliates will know. You do not have to make a public statement and purposefully let the world you know you are because they should already know.

Lastly, I have seen the “recommended” list of anti-racist “approved” books, blogs, & videos to help “confused” people understand the “BLM movement”, so before you start sending me things to “educate” myself, I have a list of things YOU should take a look at:

DO THIS
Take some time and really think about things. And by think I mean without distraction of TV news, internet, social media… And really think about what is truly right and wrong. Come to your own personal conclusion, not one that is formed by other peoples options of what is factual. Do yourself the favor of putting race aside and looking at things through clear, uncorrupted lenses. Open your heart to LOVE not HATE in the truest form.

It is not always easy to speak the truth. It is not always easy to do what is right. It is always hard to go against what is popular. No one said it would be easy. In fact anything worth doing rarely is.

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.
John 16:33

My allegiance is to the one true God, my husband and family, and my country. If you are offended by this, then you need to do some serious soul searching.
